Paul turns a brief into an editable deck that follows the company’s PowerPoint template

Paul turns a brief and a company PowerPoint template into a structured deck that follows the brand and remains fully editable. With my co-founder, I took the product from idea to launch across vision, initial architecture, development, user experience, and go-to-market.

Paul is developed by Logitopia, the software company I co-founded. The two companies remain legally separate. Logitopia can complement an engagement when the right answer is a dedicated software product.

01

The design system, not just its colors

A logo, a color palette, and two fonts do not make a PowerPoint design system. The real system also lives in its layouts, hierarchy, content zones, and composition rules.

Paul reads those structures from the company template, selects the ones that serve the argument, and manipulates them slide by slide. The result remains consistent with the existing system and fully editable.

02

An architecture built for production quality

I designed the first generation architecture that reached the quality bar we were aiming for. My co-founder and I connected content understanding, layout selection, composition, editing, and PPTX export.

I also contributed directly to development, user experience decisions, and the evaluation loops that turned the early results into a usable product.

03

From problem to market

I led the product vision, roadmap, quality and cost decisions, commercial positioning, and public launch. Working across the entire journey forced me to solve the problem in the product, rather than merely describe it.

That ability to design the software itself means some engagements can continue into a durable product when that is the right vehicle.
