An initial assessment of 2,000+ AI systems in about ten minutes
A regulated bank needed to apply the same legal, privacy, and security criteria across more than 2,000 AI systems. As part of a Shapers engagement, I led the design of AIR, an internal bank service that runs this initial pass against versioned criteria. Every result requires human validation.

The result remains fully editable in Paul and in PowerPoint. With my co-founder, I took the product from idea to launch across design, initial architecture, development, user experience, and go-to-market.
