I first learned to deliver products and programs in complex domains. I then spent two years understanding AI by building with it directly. At a major French public investment bank, those two paths converged.

Engagement 2025–2026 · Major French public investment bank
I first created the AI charter, set the contractual and operating guardrails for the bank’s first agent-building platform, then helped train business users and produce the learning content. More than 2,000 agents were created within months, creating the need for a governance model that could absorb adoption without slowing it down.
To meet EU AI Act obligations, I produced the first complete diagrams, dimensions and rule sets, then aligned the cross-functional team around that work. The experts tested, changed and extended it into one versioned, AI-usable framework. AIR is the internal service built to apply it across the portfolio and measure its impact.
Venture · Logitopia
It does not merely reuse colors and fonts. It reads the template’s layouts, hierarchy and native objects — including content zones, tables and shapes — then selects and composes them around the brief. With my co-founder, I took the answer through launch: product, initial architecture, development, editing experience and go-to-market.
Logitopia extends this building capability when software is the right vehicle.
Method
I start by producing whatever makes the problem tractable: a domain map, decision model, operating framework, team setup or prototype. Experts can then correct, decide and commit around real work.
Understand the operating chain, rules, tools and dependencies: from linear television at TV5MONDE to treasury applications at Groupe CCF.
Depending on the blockage: Coface’s Figma prototype, a bank-wide doctrine, or a contract-analysis agent grounded in the internal clause library.
Draw experts around a concrete point of reference that reflects their domain, then align their decisions without losing the outcome.
Take responsibility for teams, partners, procurement, contracts and trade-offs through the date and outcome promised.

I go deep enough into a domain to understand its operating chain, rules and real points of friction. I build the first credible answer, use it to align experts around decisions, and often become the bridge between functions that previously held only part of the picture.
I choose the right form for the need: a decision framework, operating model, team setup, prototype or product. My AI practice extends that range to agent workflows, evaluation systems, reusable skills and context systems designed around the business need.
I am based in Paris, work internationally and am open to relocating for the right role.
